A new fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. It includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases resulting in “Heart Pumping Fitness work out.” Heart monitors are used to ensure you hit your target heart rate.
Fitness guru Rod Ovalle, fitness trainer of Alexa Guarachi and other top players together with enthusiastic tennis profesionals will run safe and exciting activities, creating fun with fast paced drills and popular music.
