Overall Comment

Compared to other units in the same building, this until was barebones. A few extras would really go a long way- soap for the kitchen, salt/pepper, laundry detergent. The unit wasn’t super clean (I could tell plates/glasses were just rinsed off and not actually washed, floors were filthy). Bunk bed mattress and pillows were the cheapest (or most worn) bed I’ve ever had to pay to sleep on. Couch was visibly dirty so I didn’t dare open it to see if the bed inside was clean or not. Will not return to this unit.

Overall Comment

We had a one bed room unit that sleeps 6. The space wasn’t the issue. The issues were related to cleanliness. The unit was filthy. The walls obviously needed painting and it smelled terrible. There was no broom to sweep and a vacuum that my husband had to fix for it to work. I mean it’s a beach rental to me it makes sense to have a broom to mop up sand. The ice maker leaked so we didn’t use it. I had to wipe the wall in the kitchen with a Clorox wipe. How did someone miss this? The comforter was stained terribly. I took the pillow cases off to wash them and the pillows were disgusting. I literally went to the dollar general and got 2 new pillows. I called the front office about the broom and she was like we don’t have that I was not going but a broom after buying pillows. It just wasn’t clean

tired and worn

Overall Comment

The unit is in desperate need of a make over. The slider shades are broken and missing some parts, the tv remote will not turn on tv, the table pictured has a broken leaf on end, patio furniture is old and worn with chipping paint.
One of the toilets runs constantly. The unit is in a good location and the management company was good. I would recommend the building-not this unit.
