The beginning to our stay on Sunday afternoon was unpleasant. The keypad on the door lock malfunctioned and it took about 3 hours
for the maintenance staff to get us in. The operator and the management were very courteous and professional to do everything in their power to assist us. Angela was so apologetic because there was a breakdown getting the on call maintenance person to answer the call. We were able to go buy groceries for the week while we waited for maintenance.
I am including this in my review just to compliment Angela and the way she treated us. She takes her job and her responsibility to the customer personally.
Now as far as the unit we stayed in,it was wonderful. Our view of the gulf was awesome. The bed was excellent and the unit was well stocked with appliances and necessary items for our needs. There were several shelves missing in the door of the refrigerator that need to be added to allow more storage.
We hope to come back to Majestic Sun in October for another stay. Sea Scape always treats us good. I recommend them if you are planning a visit to Miramar Beach. ��️ ������

From the moment I booked the vacation, the rental was great! Very communicative and accommodating, left nothing to question! Once we arrived the unit was beautiful, clean , the view spectacular!!!! There were instructions and ideas for everything from the pool to biking to dining!! Check out was super easy - left nothing to for you worry and always a ready phone number on hand just in case — but you won’t need it!! Just plug and play !! Relax and Enjoy!!

This condo was perfect in every way! There was more than enough space for our family of 5, had everything we needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms, and a beautiful view of the beach. Check in/out was easy and painless. We WILL be back next year!

nice clean unit

Unit was clean and looked recently painted. Location is great with a wonderful view of both the gulf and looking west up the coastline. Unit had most everything you need but not any extras. Only issue was on checking in (done remotely) there was no parking pass left in the unit and they, via email and phone, had cautioned about not placing a properly filled out pass in your car. Calling the rental office resulted in nothing but recorded messages giving the office hours which were supposed to end at 5pm. We started calling at 4:20pm and they had left early - got a daily pass from the gate guard. Price was commensurate with the unit and would use this unit again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay in 0909B. The view was incredible! The condo and resort were clean and well maintained. The only items needing improvement were in the kitchen- prep knives were dull, wooden spoons could be replaced. Communication from Seascape Destin was excellent. Highly recommend.

Wonderful view, walking distance to a lot of places. Condo was very clean. Dryer didn't work but they fixed that day. Would definitely rent here again.

There was sand on the floor and in beds so washed sheets first night, swept and mopped.
But the place is nice, and incredible ocean view.
In the room it showed you could get 20% off at Ocean Club we did go to dinner there and they did not honor it.

july 4th week in destin

The overall rental experience was easy and the rental company team answered questions ahead of the trip very quickly. The location is good. Close to The Whale's Tale and other restaurants. July 4th is a very busy week at the beach. The rental was nice. Decorated nicely and good view of the gulf. There are some things that could be fixed, example, the shower in the hallway didn’t drain well when used. It could use some updating to the tile, as the grout made it look dirty. The master bath needed a toilet roll holder fixed. The unit wasn’t cleaned very well prior to our arrival. We had to sweep the floors and it wasn’t mopped before we entered. You couldn’t walk in the unit without shoes or your feet would get very dirty. The beach umbrella rental that came with the unit is great, but you have to stand and wait every day in a line to get your spot for the day. The pool closest to the beach was small and needed to be maintenances during our stay, and it was quite a ways to other pools we had access to. Overall, we always have a good time in the Destin area. May not stay at this condo again.
