Majestic Sun is a smoke free environmentMajestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the Limited Common Element Balconies. Smoking is only allowed within the walls of a Unit, if permitted by the Owner of the Unit. The act of smoking includes the use of the following: tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, (Ecigarettes), cigars & pipes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, smoking will be permitted in a designated area of the first floor garage.
